8:30 Members out to meet with legislators
• We recommend contacting legislators to make an appointment between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Go to the Legislative Information System which has a list of General Assembly members and their contact information.
12:00 Return for lunch and follow-up
• Introduce guests
• Provide handout on annual meeting
Note: Parking at the church is limited and there is a fee. Public parking is also available for a fee in the SunTrust deck (entrance from Cary Street, on the left between 9th and 10th Streets), or across the street in the James Center (entrance from Cary Street, on the right just past 10th Street). There are also other parking lots. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided for registrants. Please indicate if there are any food concerns.
