What is VEBA?

The Virginia Electoral Board Association (VEBA) is a voluntary association of the 133 independent electoral boards across the Commonwealth of Virginia representing more than 6.2 million registered voters. VEBA is charged with the conduct of free, fair, open, and transparent elections that are the foundation of a democratically elected government.
